Crossing All T's Training, LLC provides digital educational products, including but not limited to study guides, workbooks, practice questions, templates, training materials, and downloadable resources.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

All digital products are delivered electronically. Customers will receive access to their purchased digital product through electronic delivery methods as specified at the time of purchase.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure that electronic communications from Crossing All T's Training, LLC can be received.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

All digital products purchased from Crossing All T's Training, LLC are licensed for individual personal use only.

Customers may not:

• Share digital products with others

• Upload products to websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell digital products

• Modify or create derivative works for resale

• Transfer purchased products to another individual

All content remains the intellectual property of Crossing All T's Training, LLC.

NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations will be provided for digital products once a purchase has been completed.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

If a customer experiences difficulty accessing a purchased digital product, Crossing All T's Training, LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist with access issues and ensure delivery of the purchased product.
